Mel's Outdoors Adventure

Decided to take some photo's of my Mel plush outside today- Its lovely outside this time of year here- And makes for a nice photoshoot opportunity. Don't have many of those anymore sadly :/

Anyways I snapped this right outside my apartment- in the flowerbed just outside our livingroom window ^^ Well, its not actually a flowerbed more like bushes and palms XD But whateves.... I think he looks so cute in this ^_^ Mel's been getting alot of photos lately XD

Anywho so yep, now that its springtime (Even though it feels like summer already- which I ENJOY btw-) I'll be doing alot more photos of my plushies outside.
I'll be getting photos of them at the beach probably in the next week or two when comes to visit in two weeks- I'll have an extra set of hands to help XD

So yep this is Mel- I love him

Mel is from the small anime series "Ginga Densetsu Weed". That aired only in Japan- Mel is a Golden Retriever pup that befriend's Weed (The main character) and joins his group- Mel isn't exactly a favourite character (I actually find him slightly annoying) but the plush is amoung one of the cutest in the set- Next to GB of course >.<

This plush was only given away as a lottery prize in Japan back in the early 2000's in the "Weed World" Magazine. I suppose it was some sort of contest and these plushies were given out as Prizes to those who entered and won. This is the small version of Mel- sadly there is a LARGE version of him but I've NEVER seen one.
These plushies can be VERY pricey- since they were made in very limited quantities- 1000 Small, 200 Large- So these are extremely rare- I'm glad to have been able to re-aquire this Mel- He use to belong to me but a little over a year ago went to live with someone else- and just recently I was given the chance to get him back, so I did- And boy, am I grateful- I missed him very badly as my collection felt just a tad empty with him gone. So he's come back to his rightful FOREVER home- in other words, he's not for sale, and chances are slim he ever will be, so please don't ask to purchase him cus my answer will be no. That also includes trade offers, no, no and no. XD Sorry I love him too much
